Return and Refunds Tzhon Gallery

All artwork from Tzhon Gallery is produced to order using museum-quality archival materials, and the finest inks.

Because each print is custom made specifically for your order, we d not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, sizing decisions, or decor preference.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your artwork arrives damaged or defective, we will gladly provide a replacement.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at john@tzhon.com

Include

• your order number
• photograph of the damaged item and packaging

Once verified, a replacement will be issued at no additional cost.

Color and Display Variations

Due to differences in monitor calibration and lighting conditions, slight variations between on-screen images and printed artwork may occur and are not considered defects.

Order Changes or Cancellations

To ensure the highest level of service possible, our orders enter production quickly after purchase.

Requests for changes or cancellations must be made within 12 hours of ordering.  To do so reach out to our production manager at studio@tzhon.com
